Head of the Health Crisis Center of the Ministry of Health, Wednesday, 22 September 2017, received a visit from a delegation from the People"s Republic of China (RRT) who conducted a Study Tour at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia.
The delegation from PRC consists of government, universities and community empowerment organizations in China who are related to the disaster response. The delegation from PRC was accompanied by a team from the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
In this meeting Head of Evaluation and Information drg. M. Kamaruzzaman, MSc, presented the policy and management of health crisis management in Indonesia which ended with discussion and question and answer session.
It is expected that from the results of this visit, delegates know and learn about policies and management of health crisis management and participation mechanism of universities and non-government agencies in disaster response activities, both in the emergency response phase and the rehabilitation phase of reconstruction, in local, national, and international scale that existed in Indonesia.
