In order to improve the synergy and performance, the Health Crisis Center of Ministry of Health with the PPK Regional and Sub-Regional held a technical coordination meeting in Semarang on 2 until March 4, 2016.
PPK Regional / Sub-Regional Event Technical Coordination Meeting in 2013 was held for 3 days (starting on 2 March until 4 March) at Hotel Dafam, Imam Bonjol Street 188, Semarang, Central Java 50132. This event was attended by 57 active participants, consisting of representatives from a cross-program, 11 representatives from PPK Regional / Sub-Regional, and Echelon as well as staff in the Health Crisis Center. Cross-program participants who attended came from the Directorate for Public Governance Drugs and Medical Supplies, Nutrition Directorate and the Directorate Referral Health Service.
During the meeting, also explained some things, Head of Health Crisis explained the logic of the disaster management, representatives of cross-program about the mechanisms of the proposal and the mobilization of logistic support and emergency response, also PPK Regional / Sub-Regional representatives of the results from evaluation activities in 2015, activity implementation plan (TA 2016 and FY 2017). The activities continued with in-depth discussion between the PPK Regional / Sub-Regional and Echelon / staff technical Health Crisis Centre related technical administration activities, financial reports and BMN FY 2015, and FY 2017 proposed activities.
