An explosion occurred from the Heating Alarm Walls at RAA Soewondo Pati Hospital at October 15, 2017. The explosion occurred due to the process of repairing freon dosage process in the over-capacity gas cylinder and the technician was not closing the oil tube tightly so the oil residue was still leaking.
As a result of the explosion made the roof of the building of the front of the morgue was damaged and made 2 janitors was shocked and unconscious due to the sound of the explosion, the officer received treatment at the ER and the officer has a history of heart disease.
